Amateur Radio, or "Ham Radio" as it's commonly known as- consists of many different operating modes. These modes allow operators talk to others around the world. These modes range from simple voice (known as "phone") to connecting a radio to a computer using what is called a "digital" mode. Below you will find some of the most commonly used modes in ham radio.
